And this is why some people use prescription estrogen blockers like Clomid and Arimidex, because they shutdown the aromatase enzyme. Of course, aromatase is an example of an enzyme you don’t want much of, but there are other enzymes you do want more of. One example is “protease” which is an enzyme that metabolizes protein more efficiently.
